Discovery Days

Discovery Day workshops are for job seekers, employers, and educators to determine if a job and a company are a good fit.

Welding, CDL, Construction, and Healthcare careers are explored.

CareerONE

CareerONE is a unique summer youth employability skills training opportunity which provides youth ages 14 – 17 with a realistic and positive work readiness training experience in a safe, nurturing and learning-rich environment; and prevents participants from regressing academically during the summer months.

CareerTWO

CareerTWO is for teens 16-17 who have completed CareerONE. This summer program is designed for those who want a career in healthcare as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Or, expand readiness to enter the construction and manufacturing fields with OSHA certifications. More to come!

Immigrant Services for Businesses and Job Seekers

Multi-lingual Immigrant Service staff provide resources needed for a job search at community sites throughout the St. Cloud Metro area. (Contact Career Solutions for current locations and Times.) Resume writing, Applications, Employer search, Interviewing, and Community Resources.

Businesses can increase workforce diversity and expand their reach.

I-WE Inclusive Workforce Employer

I-WE designation is the application process and “stamp of approval” for employers to become certified, indicating to the public that they are inclusive in their workplace practices.
