Justine stated, “The WIOA Adult program played a significant role in my financial support during this time.” Justine graduated May 2017, with her dental assistant degree and is gainfully employed in her field as a dental assistant at Avon Dental making $5 more an hour then she was before she enrolled in the WIOA Program.
