What is Outreach to Schools (OTS)?
- Outreach to Schools is a state funded program through Career Solutions. This program places college interns in St. Cloud area rural high schools to provide services to assist high school students in selecting a career of interest to the student, and a post-secondary path to prepare for that career.
“I have helped students figure out assignments, make sure they are on track for graduation, check on grades and discuss their future plans after high school. It has been a great internship!”
“Every day was a different experience. I assisted students of all ages 5th-12th grades. I worked with students on everything from a variety of mental health issues to helping students apply for college. I truly enjoyed my experience as an Outreach to Schools Intern!”
