Purpose/Focus

The Career Solutions Joint Powers Board shall have all lawful powers that may be necessary or proper to discharge the duties required to fulfill the purpose for which the Board is created; provided, however, that the Career Solutions Board shall be subject to the limitations contained in MN Statutes Section 471.59.
